Visconti Manhattan 2016 Magma Limited Edition



New York has always  been a source of inspiration to Visconti, and we want to remember the Wall Street , created in 2003 that was recalling the shape of NY skyscrapers  and to the Vitruvian man.
Already in 1994 Visconti designed a pen called Manhattan with the typical shape of the steps of the top of  NY skyscrapers.
After over 20 years, in a time where everybody like to restyle old projects, is just enough to think to cars like the Mini or the 500, we have  reworked that old project  with a modern and actual design.
In this way the old pen has acquired a fresh and modern style given from the new metal trims that where not present in the old pen.
The design focus and motif  are the steps in all the metal parts of the pen and now also in the band.
The resin material of the body and of the cap , black and orange, recalls the magma of the volcano, another symbol of Visconti.
